Optical Core Leasing
China Netcom leases communication optic fibers that are already deployed for use with specific number of core as the unit, so that customers could build up communication transmission systems with different capacities by using the leased optic fibers.

Pipe Leasing
Customers can rent certain communication pipes to lay out the communication cables.

Local Digital Transmission Leased Line
Customers can rent the local digital transmission line of China Netcom to transmit, and information in a form of high-speed digital signal by using PDH, SDH and other transmission technologies. Digital circuit is a transparent physical channel supporting data, voice, image and other services. As there is no requirement on the kind of protocol that customers shall adopt, customers could choose network equipment and communication protocols at their sole discretion.

Local Analogue Leased Line
Customers can rent local telephone lines for delivery of voice or non-voice information. Analogue dedicated line service covers long-distance telephone, facsimile, telegraph, interphone, broadcasting, alarm bell, alarm and fire alarm.
